Cancellation Policy
We try to be as understanding and as accommodating as possible when it comes to moving and changing appointments, but at all times we do require a minimum of 24 hours notice. You will receive a confirmation text or email 3 days prior to your appointment, at approx 11 am. This allows you time to cancel your appointment up to 36 hours prior.
We enforce a cancellation fee of $50.00 per hour booked if you fail to arrive for your allocated time and have not cancelled or changed the appointment time before the required 24 hours notice period. Same day cancellation or no show will also incur this fee.
The fee will be charged and sent to your phone number with the Business Bank Acc details. Only under extreme circumstances will this fee be waived for a client and will be at the sole discretion of COOPER HAIRDRESSING. We understand that things happen and try to be as accommodating as possible, however, we often have a waiting list for appointments and require enough time to fill the cancelled appointment. There is a cost to the business and those on the waiting list if this is not able to happen.
